With over 25 years in the industry, Chef Rowe's journey from a promising trainee at Sandals in 1991 to an acclaimed Sous Chef in Turks and Caicos in 2009, has been marked by an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Chef Rowe's culinary philosophy is deeply rooted in the vibrant textures, colors, and flavors of Caribbean cuisine, reflecting his rigorous education, including an Associate’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and multiple certifications in customer service and safety management. His prowess was notably recognized when he won accolades at Jerk Fest 2015 for his exceptional Jerk Chicken, the annual Conch Fest for his Conch Chowder and Conch Ceviche, and the Turks and Caicos Chopped Chef Competition in 2016.
